These Terms of Service govern your use of thesbox.com and purchases from thesbox. thesbox™ is operated by Yunnan Panhui Technology Co., Ltd.. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.
1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order. You may not use the site for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose; interfere with site security; introduce malicious code; scrape protected information; or violate another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
2. Product Information
We work to present product descriptions, dimensions, colors, images, compatibility details, and availability accurately. Screen settings, photography, manufacturing updates, and measurement methods can cause reasonable differences. Please review the complete product page and contact us before ordering when a specification is important to your intended use.
3. Prices and Promotions
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and may change without notice before an order is placed. Discounts apply only according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase. The final product price, shipping charge, discount, and applicable tax are shown before payment is submitted.
4. Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may review, limit, or cancel an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory error, pricing error, delivery restrictions, unusually large quantities, or another reasonable operational or legal concern. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. Contact us promptly if information needs to be corrected. Changes are not guaranteed after processing begins.
5. Payment
Payment methods are provided through Shopify and the payment services displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize processing of the displayed amount. Additional verification may be required by a payment provider.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Processing times, estimated delivery windows, shipping charges, tracking, customs, and address responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees because carrier and customs events may be outside our control. Risk of loss transfers as provided by applicable law.
7. Returns and Refunds
Eligibility, procedures, exclusions, shipping responsibilities, and refund timing are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
The site and its original text, branding, layout, graphics, and other protected content are owned by or licensed to thesbox and may not be copied, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law. Product and company names belonging to others remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photo, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the store. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social platforms, or other parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.
